Quite a tricky mission that need some practice. When the ISD shows up head directly toward it and try to take out the shuttles. You should the concentrate your firepower on the Tie Bombers, you should use the Otana autofiring gun turrets to dispose of the Tie Fighters, killing the Bombers quickly is important as they will launch torpedos at the escaping ships.

The Assault Transports will show up once you have finished with the Bombers, you should assign a wingman to take out one of them whilst you concentrate on the other one.

Once you have taken out one of the Transports head back to the base, as soon as the Nav Bouy is activated dump all power to the engines and make a run for it. As you approach the Nav Bouy you will get attacked by another wave of Transports launcing torpedos at you. Use the gun turret autofire to defend yourself as much as possible but keep going to the Nav Bouy, if you have enough speed you should just make it.
