This is quite a difficult mission and you will spend a lot of time dog fighting.

Your first objective it to deal with the satelites, there will be fighters climbing all over the back of you so turn round and take them out when you get a chance. Once you get the order start attacking the base.

Once the base shields reach 0% you will be informed about the hatch on the base. Find it by using the ',' key. Shoot out the hatch and you can see inside, you don't need to enter the inside the base and can launch a missile through the hatch. This prevents any chance of getting stuck inside the base whilst it explodes.

There will still be more fighters to see off, but head out as soon as you get a change.
