First take out the Gunboats then find an appropriate satelite. You should remove the mines before inspecting the satelites as Aeron will leave the ship as soon as an appropriate satelite is found.

When the Omicron appears try to put a dint into the shields before it lauches the stormtroopers. As soon as it does these stormtroopers should become your prime concern, the gun turret autofire is quite effective at shooting them down so use that and attack them yourself as time very important.

As soon as the Omicron stops launching fighters you can try to take it out for 500 bonus points.
