This mission is exceptionally hard and it can seem imposible to complete at times.

The trick with this mission is to destroy all the missile turrets as soon as possible. Since the Y-Wing is so slow you stand no chance of avoiding incoming missiles, if you are heading for a missile turret you should try to shoot the missiles down as they head toward you. I recomend avoiding the shield generators until you have destroyed the missile turrets. Obviously if you happen to be over the top of one then shoot it down, otherwise press on to the next missile turret.

Don't worry too much about the gun turrets as you can avoid their fire fairly easily. The bonus (Advanced Bombs) for this level is situated inside a building. The building is located to the right of the shield generator behind the platform. It's easy to get if you destory the missile and gun turrets first.

Once you have destoryed all the small shield generators the shield will fall on the base in the centre. To destroy it you have to shoot the capacitors (big black and white cylinders). Be careful that you are not trapped between the top and bottom layer as you will get crushed when the last capacitor is destroyed.

Your wingmen will take out the capacitors themselves if you leave them to it. If you are going for the Gold medal you will need to be fast as you only have four minutes to complete the level. You need 75% accuracy as well which can be tough, try to mainly shoot ground targets as you will get a higher accuracy from sooting them.
